There was a need for a unified online/offline-capable tool with an extremely simple UX.
Requirement: MVP within a few weeks, without integration into sensitive systems.
We developed a basic version of the application (MVP) that includes the most essential features:
Education: concise protocols and visual procedures (text/images).
Training: simulation scenarios, triage tests, and checklists.
Real Incident (core): quick triage color assignment, patient record (photo/note), and an easy team overview.
Navigation: simple “Home/Back” system, no logo or branding, and neutral color palette.
Defining Priorities – selected key features critical for concept validation.
UX Design – simple interface with clear navigation (home, back).
Prototype Development – native mobile app with modular architecture.
Internal Testing – initial trials and adjustments.
Iterations – improvements based on user feedback.
A fully functional prototype was delivered within a few weeks.
Recognized for its clear logic and fast information accessibility.
Three key areas for improvement were identified for the next version — offline mode, extended Real Incident features, and dispatch center integration.
