Usually not. Off-the-shelf models (OpenAI, Claude) with your data cover 90% of cases. Custom models are handled by our sister brand Grow-AI.
Is my data safe?
Data stays in your environment, we send the model only what is necessary and use APIs without training on your data. GDPR is assessed during the audit.
What are the running costs?
